Delete Your Account
You can delete your SaveGuard account and all associated data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, avatar)
- All transaction records imported from files or linked banks
- Detected subscriptions, AI insights, and savings history
- Bank connection tokens (Plaid access revoked immediately)
- Push notification registrations
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is purged within 30 days of your request.
Choose a deletion method
Delete in the app (instant)
Open SaveGuard→ tap your avatar → DATA → "Clear all data". This immediately removes all transaction and subscription data. Then contact us to close the account fully.
Request via email
Email us from the address on your SaveGuard account. We will close your account and purge all data within 30 days.
